Char Kuay Teow

Ingredients:
1kg A3 stir fry rice noodles
250g scotch fillet, sliced, marinated with soy sauce
250g bean sprouts
Chives, chopped
2 eggs, whisked
3-4 chinese sausages, sliced
150g prawns, marinated in salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced .

Sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar .
.
Microwave rice noodles 3 minutes, separate them by hand
In a wok, fry oil and beef until half cooked, set aside
In the same wok, add oil and garlic until light brown
Add chinese sausage and prawns
Create space on the side, add eggs and scramble
Mix everything together
Add rice noodles
Add sauce
Add chives and bean sprouts
Stir gently!!
