A truly Malaysian meal – Mee Hoon Kueh (or Pan Mee). Something I’ve missed eating.
Dough made only from flour, water, egg and salt.
Broth is made from anchovies and soy beans. (Not for you if you don’t like a fishy smell).
The rest is pork mince, vegetables and shiitake mushrooms topped with crispy anchovies and shallots.
