Kimchi fried rice .
2 cups cooked rice (overnight from fridge)
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped
1-2 cups kim chi, chopped (keep some juice)
1 tsp korean red pepper powder
1 egg, sunny side up
Dash of salt
1 tsp gochujang (optional)
Seaweed (optional) .
In a pan, fry oil and garlic until light brown
Add kim chi + kim chi juice and fry for 1 min
Add rice and separate/flatten
Add gochujang (optional), pepper powder and salt
Add sesame oil and spring onion
Serve with a fried egg and seaweed!
