Matcha muffins with white chocolate
Tip: make sure to use quality grade matcha to get that green tea flavour!

Wet Ingredients:
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup milk
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:
1¼ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup caster sugar
20g matcha powder
White choc bits (however much you want)

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Then pour wet ingredients into dry and fold gently. Bake 175°C for 20 mins. Done!
